Young Contractors Forum/Manpower Education Training
This committee is responsible for improving relations, training and visibility for entry to mid level constructors. It improves the image of the construction industry by assisting with the instruction and recruitment of the next generation's workforce. This committee is also responsible for improving the quantity and quality of the construction industry's available workforce, developing and administering related programs and services and maintaining a speaker's bureau.

Marketing
This committee promotes the association, its members and the construction industry through media relations, advertising and community involvement. The committee also recruits new members and encourages business between members. This committee promotes, plans, coordinates and conducts the annual Legislative Golf Tournament and the Holiday Dinner Dance/Silent Auction.
