Learn what legal rights you have in Nevada to ensure payment for the labor, materials and equipment you provide to construction projects, whether your project is public or private. This course will outline the various State and Federal laws enacted to ensure that contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, material suppliers and/or equipment suppliers get paid for the labor, materials and equipment provided for construction projects. Did you know your right to enforce payment obligations vary, depending on who is the Owner of the Project, or who funds the project? No matter what type of construction project you are involved in within the state of Nevada, you need to know how to protect and leverage your legal rights to force payment for the labor, materials and equipment you provided. Otherwise, you may lose your right or ability to enforce payment.
