Learn to identify roadblocks in NEGOTIATIONS and how to get past them, working in a highly complex environment, address real “human” issues. Seminar will cover: negotiation skill building, effective communications, telephone techniques, and the negotiation process. Additionally, related topics will include management skills and styles, technical skills, and compensation techniques. This seminar will also cover the importance of “empathy”, “ego”, and “needs” in the negotiation process. Additionally, the training session will include negotiation scenarios from the “real life” of a construction professional.
